    If there is a problem with your order, please be sure to contact us immediately!

    To be eligible for a return, an item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your return needs to include the original packing slip to be accepted.

    Return Instructions: All returns must include a tracking number (USPS, UPS, FedEx). Please provide us with the tracking number for your return ( Failure to do so may delay the processing of your return/credit.To return your product, you should mail your product to: SS Freeride 88065 Highway 89 Unit 4.     You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please note that we are not responsible for lost packages sent using your own shipping method

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

    Refunds (if applicable)

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    At this time, we do not accept exchanges. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged (other than during delivery). SS Freeride has the sole discretion to grant a refund (including the refund method), credit your account, or replace a Printed Product.

    In order to request a refund or replacement, you must send a photograph and brief explanation of the problem to Sahen via email at within 7 days of delivery.

    Excluded from “Defects”. For clarification, SS Freeride will not grant a refund, credit your account, or replace a Printed Product solely because

    • it was unsatisfactory for any reason despite matching the provided Fulfillment Information; or
    • the shipping provider did not complete delivery, or completed delivery late.

    In such cases, you must place a new order, or attempt to resolve the delivery dispute with the shipping provider.

  • All orders are shipped UPS GROUND and international orders are shipped UPS STANDARD or USPS PRIORITY MAIL INTERNATIONAL depending on the weight and dimensions of the package.
